Description

Ultra-high angular resolution with small outer dimensions combined with proven stepper motor technology characterise the MaalonDrive® HighRes 10mm - type 7. The micro positioning system can easily be operated in an open loop control, as it is driven by a stepper motor with 20 steps per rotation. Connected to the motor is the heart of the micro positioning system: a zero-backlash and extremely high-reduction MaalonDrive® gear with a reduction ratio of 1000:1 in a single stage. The output shaft is precisely guided by preloaded ball bearings which allow the application to be directly connected.
