Description
The RasuunDrive® UHV 10mm - type 1 was designed for ultra-high-vacuum environments and is therefore dry-lubricated. It offers a travel range of 25.5 mm. The micro linear actuator system is driven by a stepper motor with 200 steps per rotation in an open loop control. Directly connected to the motor is a low-backlash CoograDrive® gear with a reduction ratio of 80:1 by means of which a dry-lubricated ball-screw drive with a pitch of 0.5 mm is driven.
